An American visitor went by India (Delhi), he contracted a guide for offer assistance. 

At a certain point manage stoped the auto because of railroad flag then american saw a man lifted his bike in his shoulder and crossed railroad flag. 

American made a request to guide, what man is doinig? manage answered that Indians are extremely bustling country they can't squander their time so he can hardly wait for rail cross. 

American motivated by it, when prepare was crossed, flag cleared and auto proceed onward opposite side then american saw a similar man was occupied to appreciate the monkey's show.
